Running Biomechanics
This service is designed for runners of all levels, from beginners to elite athletes. I’ve helped hundreds of recreational runners, as well as numerous high-level competitors, including Team GB athletes and Premier League footballers, to re-train their running technique. I believe all runners deserve and need the same help. So whether you're struggling with injuries or have plateaued in your performance, this program will help identify the root causes of your injuries and inefficiencies, and more importantly, it will guide you through making those changes effectively and safely.

The technique re-training process consists of six sessions, ideally spaced one week apart. In the first session, we’ll begin with a comprehensive movement analysis, including a running video analysis. This breakdown of your biomechanics allows you to see exactly how your mechanics are affecting your performance and injury risk, and provides a clear roadmap for the changes needed. For many, this initial analysis is the most eye-opening part of the process.

From there, we’ll spend the next five sessions focused on re-patterning your movement. The goal is to retrain your brain and muscles to adopt more efficient biomechanics, ultimately making you a smoother, faster, and injury-resistant runner. We will also supplement this with the necessary mobility, strength and proprioceptive exercises which will compliment and reinforce your new technique.
